Yoga is a slow, gentle, low impact way to improve muscle tone, digestion and skin tone and raise your base metabolic rate. Rick has practiced yoga for 42 yrs and has taught since 1999. His teaching style is fun, lighthearted and personal and he uses a phased approach which enables beginners to work at their level while providing challenge to more advanced students. Learn the simple postures and breathing techniques used for centuries by yogis to slow or reverse the effects of aging.
