Fitness Club

This is a goal oriented fitness class designed specifically for individuals of all abilities. Join this energetic group of youth and young adults for an exercise program that is set to music and incorporates social games that will keep you moving and grooving!  You’ll stretch, lift weights, do aerobics on a variety of fitness equipment and have a blast doing it.  Participants become active in a fun group environment and improve muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, cardiorespiratory health and flexibility.

Included with Membership to Woodlands Wellness Center.
