Pine-Richland student plans bike camp for students with disabilities

The 16-year-old’s favorite hobby, bike riding, is taking him on a five-day, 333-mile bike trek across the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Trail and the Great Allegheny Passage. The trek began Sunday at Point State Park, the the cheers of Joe’s family and friends.
